-Show Refund/Guarantee Policy
🦎All sales are final.
Once an animal is removed from our table, it is non-returnable, and payments are non-refundable except in cases of health issues (see Health Guarantee section below). Refund, replacement, or store credit is on a case-by-case basis. To qualify, all points and Care Guidelines below must be followed:
• Submit photos/videos of your enclosure setup the day of taking your animal home.
• Your enclosure must be fully functional upon the animal’s arrival at your residence or within a reasonable amount of time if you're purchasing your entire enclosure and husbandry items at the show.
• Notify us immediately of any concerns.
🩺 Health Guarantee
All animals come with a 7-day health guarantee, with proof that "Habitat Setup and Maintenance" and "Diet and Nutrition" recommendations have been followed as outlined in the Care Guidelines below:
Care Guidelines include the following:
• Properly sized enclosure
• Suitable substrate
• Proper heating and lighting.

Failure to meet any of the suggestions noted above in our Show Refund/Guarantee Policy, will void the health guarantee as well as any refund, replacement, or store credit.

All animals sold by Dapper Dragonz are guaranteed to be healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. Once the animal leaves our care, any and all veterinary expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Dapper Dragonz is not liable for any veterinary costs, or treatments that may arise after purchase.
