• Right to Refuse Service
Dapper Dragonz reserves the right to refuse the sale of any animal at our sole discretion.
• Animal Descriptions
We aim to provide clear, accurate descriptions of each animal, including any known physical imperfections (e.g., toe or tail nips). Photos accurately reflect structure, though colors may vary due to lighting, camera quality, and screen differences.

💰 Sales Policy
All sales are final.
Once an animal is shipped, payments are non-refundable except in cases of health issues (see Health Guarantee) or if the animal is DOA (Dead on Arrival).

📦 Shipping Policy
• Animals are shipped every Tuesday, weather permitting.
• We ship overnight via FedEx or UPS to the nearest shipping center, where they are held for pickup.
• Home delivery is only permitted if no shipping center is within 1 hour of the buyer. Live arrival guarantee is waived in these cases.
Shipping Restrictions:
We will not ship if temperatures exceed 90°F or drop below 30°F at any point in transit. Shipments may also be postponed due to inclement weather.
Pickup Requirements:
Failure to pick up the animal on the day of arrival at the shipping center or immediately after home delivery voids all guarantees.
We strongly recommend picking up animals when the store opens or upon receiving pickup confirmation.

✅ Guarantee Policies
🕊 DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
In the rare event your animal arrives deceased:
1. Submit clear photos/videos of the shipping box and animal within 30 minutes of the delivery timestamp.
2. Recording the unboxing is highly recommended.
3. Do not remove the animal from the shipping container before documentation is submitted.
Failure to follow these steps voids refund/replacement eligibility.
Refund/Replacement Terms:
• We will refund or replace the animal’s purchase price.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If a replacement is chosen, we’ll cover shipping on the replacement.
• If the DOA is due to carrier error, we will file a claim and forward any approved refund to you.
Please Note:
Delays caused by weather or acts of nature are not considered carrier error and are not covered under our DOA guarantee.

🐉 Live Arrival Guarantee
We offer a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee—except in the case of home delivery (see Shipping Policy above).

🩺 Health Guarantee (7 Days)
All animals come with a 7-day health guarantee, provided proper husbandry is maintained.
To qualify:
• Notify us immediately of any concerns.
• Submit photos/videos of your enclosure setup at or before delivery.
• Your enclosure must be fully functional upon the animal’s arrival.
If issues arise within the first 7 days, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit—on a case-by-case basis.
Care Guidelines Include:
• Proper heating and lighting
• Balanced diet (including appropriate supplements)
• Properly sized enclosure
• Suitable substrate
Failure to meet these standards may void the health guarantee.

• All recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are guaranteed.
• We cannot confirm or deny the presence of genetics listed as “possible” or “probable.”
