Dried carrot flakes - Beta-carotene (Vitamin A precursor)

Spirulina powder - Protein, beta-carotene, Trace minerals
(45g/9g)

Calcium carbonate (no D3 included) - Boost calcium levels
(75g/15g)

Dried Squash Powder - Fiber, vitamins A/C/E
(250g/50g)

Flaxseed Meal - Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber
(125g/25g)

Bee pollen granules - Immune support, vitamins/minerals

✅ Directions:

  1. Grind all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until uniform.

  2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

  3. Feed crickets daily using a shallow dish and pair with a moisture source like:
    -Fresh butternut squash
    -Zucchini slices
    -Leafy greens (low-oxalate, like collard or mustard greens)
